How Does Rose Parking at T2 & T3 Work?

The Meet & Greet service offered by Rose Parking for travellers flying from T2 & T3 is quick & easy. For details on what to do on your day of departure and return, read on:

Upon Arrival

On your day of departure, call Rose Parking via the phone number on your ParkMundo confirmation email, 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven by the chauffeur to the car park, located minutes from the airport.

Upon Return

Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park after you have collected your baggage at the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. They will return your vehicle to you in the 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet.'

To Terminal 2

Terminal 2 Postcode: TW6 1EW

From the M4 exit, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3
Exiting the tunnel, keep right passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way
Keep right as the road to Terminal 2 moves away from the building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 Car Park on Constellation Way
On the rising ramp, keep right, as the ramp will lead directly into the Short Stay Car Park entry barriers
Enter via lane 6 & take a ticket as you enter the car park
Keep right for level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet
Park your vehicle in Row B

To Terminal 3

Terminal 3 Postcode: TW6 1QG

From the M25 exit follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3
Exiting the tunnel, stay in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (Car park 3)
Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4

Call the parking service 20–30 minutes before arrival (the car parks number is in your booking confirmation), then drive to the meeting point and use the drop-off bay.

Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet, note any existing damage, and head to check-in while your car is driven to the car park and parked securely.

On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.

Drive home

Your car will be ready at the meeting point for a quick drive home.
