The service is available 24 hours a day, making it suitable for all flight schedules from both the North and South Terminal at Gatwick Airport.
Important Information:
- Meet & Greet service available at both Gatwick North and South Terminal
- A one-time surcharge of £25 applies to vans and large vehicles. Vehicles exceeding 2.1 metres in height cannot access the terminal car park used for the Meet & Greet service.

Process
Drop-off
Call the parking service 20–30 minutes before arrival (the car parks number is in your booking confirmation), then drive to the meeting point and use the drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet, note any existing damage, and head to check-in while your car is driven to the car park and parked securely.
On your return
Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home
Your car will be ready at the meeting point for a quick drive home.
